RULES & REGULATIONS
Every booking requires a signed rental agreement. These rules are part of it.
Your time is all-inclusive. Booked hours cover load-in, set-up, break-down, clean-up and load-out. Please arrive and leave on time.

Overtime is billed. Staying past your end time is charged at $75 per hour in 30-minute increments, even if you are only a few minutes over. Plan your set-up and break-down time into your booking.

Leave it as you found it. Return furniture and equipment to their places and take all trash and personal items with you.

Mind the guest count. No more than 15 people in the space at a time.

No messy products. Glitter, confetti, silly string, loose powder, colored smoke, and other messy products are not allowed.

No fire or fog without approval. Fog or smoke machines, open flames, candles and paint need written approval first.

Protect the walls. No nails, screws or tape on walls, floors, ceilings or windows, except studio-approved tape.

No smoking or vaping. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Food and drink with care. Lidded drinks only, nothing on the backdrop paper or near the curtains, and take all food trash with you. Beer and wine only with prior approval, and never sold to guests.

Respect the sign shop. The Workroom is inside a working business. Please stay out of shop work areas.

Use only what's out. Studio furniture and equipment left out in the room are yours to use. Anything in cabinets, cases, closets or the sign shop is off limits.

Keep music friendly. Background music is welcome at a reasonable volume.

Supervise little ones. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets by approval only.

You're responsible for damage. Damage or missing items will be charged to the renter. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the room is left in poor condition.

Cancellations. Full refund 7+ days before, 50% refund or a free reschedule 2 to 6 days before, and no refund within 48 hours or for no-shows.

Come see it first. First-time renters are welcome to schedule a quick tour before booking.
